Once your joints have restored proper function you can now move onto retraining your joints and muscular system with new positions.
No more compensation stratergies.
You will also learn fundamental breathing techniques to incorporate for improved results.

STEP TWO
Peel back tertiary layers
Fascia is the foundation of all human movement. It's function determines to what degree you can move without encountering restriction.
Hydration of this tissue is therefore crucial so you will gain unique education into how to perform The Revive Routine.

STEP FIVE
Integrate back to weight room exercises
At this stage your alignment will be significantly improved, you will be feeling great and moving better, chronic pain will have disappeared and you will be confident to move into upright exercises.
Movements which are strongly connected to our biology i.e standing, walking, throwing and jumping, naturally rotational.

Positional Drills to Restore Joint Function
The next step in your journey is to restore optimal joint function.
Exercises will be selected based on your postural assessment so you can access the space your joints are searching for.
